Withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes during business hours (08:00 - 02:00 WIB) for standard members, and even faster for VIP members. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a clear photograph or scan of your government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months). All bets are subject to acceptance by gem365. We reserve the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, without providing a reason. Once a bet is confirmed in your Account history, it constitutes a binding agreement between you and gem365. Bets cannot be canceled or modified after confirmation except in cases of obvious error (as determined by us) or technical malfunction.
For sports betting, results are determined based on official sources and statistics providers designated by gem365. In cases of dispute, our decision regarding the outcome of an event is final. For casino games and slots, results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently audited for fairness. You agree to use the Services for entertainment purposes only and in good faith. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: collusion with other players, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software bugs or errors, attempts to manipulate game outcomes, coordinated betting rings, arbitrage betting across different platforms, and any form of cheating or fraudulent activity. Engaging in prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, voiding of all bets, and confiscation of all funds.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gem365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (c) any content obtained from the Platform; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Rp 1,000,000, whichever is less.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all funds from your Account balance (subject to meeting any applicable wagering requirements). gem365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, at our sole discretion. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, providing false information, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior toward staff, or suspicion of criminal activity. Upon termination, your access to the Services will be immediately revoked, and we may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation of potential violations.
